Subscription Policy

Some of our products, such as replacement sandpaper pads for the NailNest, may be offered as a recurring delivery. This policy explains how those recurring orders work.

How it works

When you choose a recurring delivery, your selected item is shipped on the schedule shown at checkout (for example, one replacement pad every 4 weeks). Your payment method is charged automatically for each delivery at the price displayed when you signed up, unless we notify you of a change in advance.

Changes and cancellation

There is no minimum commitment. You can skip, pause, change or cancel your recurring delivery at any time before the next billing date by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect for the next scheduled order; orders already processed will still be shipped.

Price changes

If the price of a recurring item changes, we will let you know by email before your next charge, so you can decide whether to keep or cancel the delivery.

Shipping and refunds

Recurring orders follow the same shipping times described in our Shipping Policy and are covered by our Refund Policy.
